Instructions for use
a) Helmet size
Choosing the correct helmet size gives maximum
protection. Please take the necessary time when
choosing, and make sure the helmet sits correctly.
The helmet must fit snugly, but should not exert
pressure. When properly adjusted and fastened,
it should not be loose or able to be removed.
It is particularly important to choose a helmet which
is also suitable for children. Avoid choosing a helmet
which is too large for “growing into”.
b) Size adjustment
This helmet is equipped with a system for adjusting
to fit the head. Put on a helmet of the correct initial
size and turn the small wheel on the back of the
helmet, to loosen or tighten the fit. Please note the
helmet must be tight, but nonetheless comfortable
to wear.
c) Adjusting the strap system
Put on the helmet and pull the strap through
the buckle. Pull on the strap until you feel light
resistance.
To open and close the quick release fastener please
see the illustration below.
When you have adjusted the fit properly, adjust the
side and chin strap as illustrated. They should sit
firmly, but not be constrictive.

detergents, solvents (e.g. cleaning fluid, acetone,
trichloroethylene etc.), or paints, adhesives, or
products containing petrol: these can destroy the
surface of the helmet. To clean the helmet, use warm
water and mild soap. Allow the helmet to dry slowly.
