11.2.6 Tyre mounting in “AUTO” mode (from
PC)
At the end of tyre automatic demounting, the machine
will position as showed in the screen page below:
Quickly press the assent pedal twice (
Fig. 16 ref. C
):
the machine is preset for the automatic mounting (this
type of functioning is activated if “tyres demounting/
mounting” activity
is selected).
The lower tool reaches the mounting position.
Position the tool in the lower tool.
Quickly press the assent pedal (
Fig. 16 ref. C
) twice
and keep it pressed: the mounting operation with the
lower tool is executed.
At the end of the previous phase, the machine positions
the upper tool and the upper bead breaking roll in the
upper bead mounting position.
The valve positions itself before the entrainer inser-
tion point.
Attachments selection. The type of attachment to be
used to complete assembly can be used during this
mounting phase.
A provided screen page allows the selection of the more
suitable fixture to be used for the following operations
before the mounting of the lower bead.
Key
must not be pressed to use Plus Device: just
press the assent pedal (
Fig. 16 ref. C
) twice to activate
the upper bead mounting operations.
ON THE OTHER HAND, PRESS
KEY AND THEN THE ASSENT
PEDAL (FIG. 16 REF. C) IN OR-
DER TO START THE UPPER BEAD
MOUNTING OPERATIONS. THE
MACHINE STARTS THE UPPER
BEAD MOUNTING OPERATIONS.
TAKE THE FOOT AWAY FROM THE
ASSENT PEDAL (FIG. 16 REF. C)
DURING THE INSERTION OF THE
BEAD DEPRESSOR BLOCKS.
