GUARANTEE CONTRACT
BUTSIR
provides the following guarantee for the appliance described on the
CERTIFICATE overleaf.
For any lack of product conformity, a guarantee period of two years is granted
from the moment of purchase for the purchaser to exercise his rights. However,
only during the 6 months following the purchase date will it be presumed
that the lack of conformity was already existing in the product at the moment
of purchase, and for the remaining 18 months (i.e. from the seventh month
until the end of the two year period) it is the responsibility of the purchaser to
demonstrate that the article was non-compliant, all in accordance with article 9
and successive articles of Act 23/2003 of 10

This guarantee does not cover:

shall not be held liable for any damage caused by any improper use
of the appliance, lack of appropriate maintenance or of handling the appli-
ance outside of its intended use.

Breakdowns or damage caused by transport, knocks or scratches, installation
defects, misuse, gas supply deficiencies and causes of force majeure: fire, gas
leacks, etc ...
The user shall be responsible for the installation of gas (and any subsequent
leaks), as well as observance of regulatory legislation. The manufacturer is
exempt from any liability in this matter.
This guarantee shall only be valid if correctly completed and presented with the
appliance invoice or sales receipt.
