Operation
This chapter will make the user familiar with proper operation of the door system.
When operating the door system, the safety information and warnings in chapters 2 Safety and 3 Other risks
must be strictly followed!
7.1
System operation
7.1.1 Dead man's switch control

The operator must ensure that no people and/or objects are located in the immediate door area when
opening and closing.
✔
If the operator does not have full view of the system during operation, then the operator must take
appropriate measures to ensure operational safety!
✔
The operator must strictly follow aforementioned safety instructions!
✔
If present: Ensure that all
doors
are closed.
✔
If present: The tail door must be closed to be able to operate the door leaf.
1.
Turn on the door system with the main switch (located at the control cabinet): Place the main switch
in the
ON
position.
2.
Turn on the control voltage for the door system with the
“control voltage” key switch on the main control
cabinet, i.e. turn it to the

position for ON. The door system is now ready for operation. The white
control voltage
indicator light on the main control cabinet lights up.
3.
Wait for approx. 30 seconds until the control system is ready for operation.
4.
Move the door leaf to the
left
with dead man's switch operation: Press and hold the
“
“ button.
5.
Move the door leaf to the
right
with dead man's switch operation: Press and hold the
“
→
“ button.
6.
First the truck door opens automatically in order to be free of the ground.
7.
Stop
the door leaf: Release the button.
8.
After approx. 10 seconds, the truck door closes again automatically.
Attention!
When safety edge controls are present, the system switches off within the pre-set run path when it hits an
obstacle.
Afterward, the door reverses for approx. three seconds in order to be able to clear the obstacle.
Warning! Uncontrolled movement is possible with doors that are not
locked when in the closed position!
Risk of injury and property damage especially if wind speeds are > 70 km/h!
Always lock the door in the closed position!
