7.1.2 Automatic operation (optional)
✔
The operator must ensure that no people and/or objects are located in the immediate door area when
opening and closing.
✔
If the operator does not have full view of the system during operation, then the operator must take
appropriate measures to ensure operational safety!
✔
The operator must strictly follow aforementioned safety instructions!
✔
If present: Ensure that all
doors
are closed.
✔
If present: The tail door must be closed to be able to operate the door leaf.
1.
Turn on the door system with the main switch: Place the main switch in the
ON
position.
2.
Turn on the control voltage for the door system with the
“control voltage” key switch on the main control
cabinet, i.e. turn it to the

position for ON. The door system is now ready for operation: the white
control voltage
indicator light on the main control cabinet lights up.
3.
Move the door leaf to the
left
: Briefly press and release the
“
“ button. The door automatically opens
to its final position (
automatic operation
).
4.
Move the door leaf to the
right
: Briefly press and release the
“
→
“ button. The door automatically opens
to its final position (
automatic operation
).
5.
First the truck door opens automatically in order to be free of the ground.
6.
Stop
the door leaf: Press the
STOP
button.
7.
After approx. 10 seconds, the truck door closes again automatically.
7.2
Turning off the system
✔
Have authorised and qualified personnel turn off the system.
1.
To turn off the door system, turn the main switch to the 0 position for OFF.
2.
When performing maintenance work, secure the main power switch with a hanging lock.
Attention! Main power switch function!
The main power switch fulfills the function of an
isolation device
and simultaneously also serves as an
EMERGENCY SHUTOFF
switch.
