Rotating jets
Rotating jets are fitted with plastic ball bearings that are susceptible to the build-up of dirt over time,
preventing rotation of the jet. To clean the jets:
•
Insert a flat head screw driver behind the jet locking tab into one of the notches on the periphery of the
rotating jet.
•
Push and hold the tab in, simultaneously pull the rotating jet out to release it from the body of the jet.
•
Clean by injecting compressed air into the rear duct of the jet until it can rotate freely.
Replace the jet: push the jet in and rotate it gently while maintaining slight pressure until a click is heard.
If the water is hard (TH > 200ppm) and it is not treated, lime-scale can build up on the body of the jet and
on the bearing, preventing rotation of the jet and making it difficult to adjust its flow rate.

The spa shell
To keep the shell surface in good condition, follow this advice:
•
Use standard, NON ABRASIVE, household cleaning products for most cleaning. Rinse well and dry with
a clean cloth.
•
NEVER use abrasive cleaning products.
•
Do not allow contact with solvents or chemicals containing solvents, such as acetone (solvent), nail varnish,
dry cleaning chemicals, varnish, turpentine, etc.
•
Remove dust and dry dirt with a soft, damp cloth.
•
Use Isopropyl alcohol on a soft cloth to clean off grease, oil pain and ink stains.
•
Do not use razor blades or any other sharp object that could scratch the surface. Small scratches may be
repaired by applying a thin layer of car polish and buffing gently with a clean cloth. For deeper scratches,
rub the surface with 400 grit sand paper (moistened with water), finish with a fine grain sand paper (1000
or 1200) apply polish and buff to a shine.
•
All shell accessories (suction fittings, massage jets, diverting valves, air controls, head rests, etc) should
only be cleaned with a sponge soaked in soapy water.
•
We recommend that outdoor spas be covered with their isothermal cover when not in use. The cover
protects the spa from temperature differentials between the areas above and below the water line.
