8.3.1 CARRIER CONFIGURATION

CARRIER SELECTION
Displays all the carriers in the list and allows operator to select the desired carrier. Carriers that
are added or removed will be reflected in this list.
Note:
Changing carrier will automatically overwrite the MANUAL carrier with the selected carrier
information

CARRIER NAME
The name of the carrier that will be displayed on the 8020 LCD.

SATELLITE LONGITUDE
Orbital slot / Longitude of the Satellite. The
FIND SATELLITE
command will use this value to
search and lock onto the satellite signal.

FREQUENCY (Khz)
The frequencies are in Ku-band.

SYMBOL RATE (ksps)
Symbol Rate of receive signal.

RX POLARITY
Transponder Receive polarity
