Warning:
The New Generation Platforms (these include and not limited to 755A, 981A, 985A and
1201A) are equipped with newer versions of the compasses which are factory calibrated and

Require Calibration
. Do not calibrate unless instructed by C-COM Technical Support.
Restoring the Compass
1.
Launch the iNetVu Software and proceed to the Maintenance/Compass Tab. Click Restore CP
2.
Check the Compass once more, if all works well, you may continue.
3.
If the compass still fails there may be some type of interferences or require replacement. You
can try overriding the compass and use Full Search in this case. From Configuration / Search
Parameters select Full Search and click Save All.
