Text to Cursor
In
Text To Cursor
mode, the text you scan with C-Pen 20 is pasted into an open document
where you have placed the cursor.
Prepare – Set Functions and Languages
Before using the
Text To Cursor
function you should do some settings for optimal
performance. The settings are found in the
Settings
window (select
Scan
v
Settings
in the
menu).
- The
Reading languages
are the languages you should scan with C-Pen 20.
- The
Reading mode
defines the type of characters you should scan;
Text and digits
,
Digits
or
any of the special fonts.
- The
Function button
defines the function of the C-Pen 20 button, that is, what should
happen in the document when you press the C-Pen 20 button. For example, if you
select
Enter
, the cursor will move to a new blank row in the document when you press
the button (corresponding to pressing
Enter
on the keyboard).
- The
Text stroke separator
defines what should separate two pasted texts in the document,
that is, where the cursor should jump after text is pasted (C-Pen 20 is lifted). For
example, if you select
Space
, there will be a space between the text pasted and the next
text pasted.
