Angle of the Pad in the Starting Position
5. Adjustments
All supplied label applicators have passed a previous run at the
factory.
It may be useful to do some more fine tuning when the applicator is
installed. This refers mainly to those parameters, which are significant
as part of a networked system as well as pneumatic settings, which
have an influence on the application rate.

In the position where the label is picked up (starting position), the pad

) is swung towards the printer in a certain angle. This angle can be
adjusted by sliding the stud (

).
The angle is optimized when, in the starting position, the rear edge of
the pad (

) is located vertically above the dispense edge (

) without
touching the ribbon shield (

).
1. Loosen the screw (
