The  length  depends  on  the  characteristics  and  quality  of  the  cables. 
Higher  resolutions  and  longer  transmission  distances  require  low  skew 
cables (<25ns/100m) for best performance. Unshielded CAT6 with metal 
RJ-45 connectors is recommended.
