3.9 Connecting an SD Memory Card

Troubleshooting Tips
•
Data transfer rate is limited to 480 Mbps (USB 2.0 speed) when the Dock is switched to
4K mode
•
Disconnect the Dock, reboot the computer, and reconnect everything
•
Test the SD card with a different card reader
1) Connect a USB-C peripheral device
2) Wait while any needed device drivers are downloaded
3) Transfer files and charge a smartphone
