Driver Requirements

A PC with Thunderbolt 3 may require driver updates to function properly

Be prepared to reboot your computer after the driver installation
Power Requirements
•
The Docking Station must be connected to AC power in order to operate
•
Your laptop must support power delivery over USB-C for charging up to 80 watts
External Display Requirements
•
Check if your computer supports DP Alternate Mode over USB-C
•
Switch the bandwidth configuration switch to 4K@60Hz to connect dual 4K@60Hz displays
(Maximum video resolution is dependent on the available Dock bandwidth)
USB-C Host Cable Requirements
•
Do not substitute other USB-C cables. Use the included USB-C cables to connect your computer to
the Dock.
