Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble connecting, the first thing to check is that the cable is
plugged in properly. You might also try a different USB Port.
If the physical connection is good, verify that the driver installed properly. Open
the Device Manager, and look under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. You
should see a device called “USB Bridge Cable”.
If you do not see “USB Bridge Cable” but instead see “USB Device”,
“Unknown Device” or “USB Bridge Cable” with a yellow warning icon, you
need to reinstall the driver.
1) Right-click the device, and select Properties.
2) Click the Driver tab.
3) Click “Update Driver”
4) Follow the instructions at the beginning of this manual.
