front panel are connected to the
same bridge/switch.

FNB2 <-> FNB1

The two FDDI Networks on the
backplane (FNB-1 and FNB-2)
are connected to the same
bridge/switch.

FRONT1 <-> FNB1

The FDDI-1 port on the module’s
front panel and the FNB-1 on the
