13.2 BEFORE EACH START-UP
Clean the ash and any deposits in the brazier that could clog the air passage holes.
If the pellets in the hopper finish, unburned pellets may accumulate in the brazier. Always empty the residue in the brazier before
startingup.
Check that there is no excessive ash accumulated under the burning pot compartment. If it exceeds 2 cm of height, we recommend
sucking it.
REMEMBER THAT ONLY A CORRECTLY POSITIONED AND CLEAN BRAZIER CAN GUARANTEE START-UP AND OPTI-
MAL OPERATION OF YOUR PELLET PRODUCT.
For the brazier to be cleaned properly, remove it from its housing completely and thoroughly clean all the holes and the grate on
the bottom.
If good quality pellets are used, you will normally only need to use a brush to restore the optimal operating conditions of the
component.

13.3 BURNING POT AND ASH TRAY CLEANING
• Open the door.

• Extract the burning pot (see

) from its seat and empty it from the ash.
• If necessary clean with a pointed object the holes obstructed by encrustations (see
Fig. 34
).
