The air needed for combustion can be directly connected to the outside air vent with a pipe of at least Ø50 mm, at most 3 linear
metres long; every pipe elbow is to be considered equivalent to a linear metre. For the pipe coupling, see the back of the stove.
For stoves installed in studio flats, bedrooms, and bathrooms (where permitted), the combustion air must be connected to the out-
side. In particular, for airtight stoves, said connection must be airtight so as not to jeopardise the overall airtight feature of the system.
