Luna
Set Up the Simulator
Step 1: Place Luna in Work Area
After removing Luna from the carrying case, place the manikin in work area with enough room for all
equipment and easy access to the simulator. At least a 6 foot x 6 foot (appoximately 1.8 meters by 1.8
meters) work area is recommended for movement of learners and positioning of components
around the simulator.
CAUTION:
Before placing the simulator on a surface, be certain that surface can easily support 10
pounds.
Luna in Work Area
Luna and the Instructor Workstation are battery operated and enabled for wireless use.
NEVER lift the simulator by the LIMBS. Leverage the torso of the simulator and support the head
while lifting.
