HID scan delay
The
HID scan delay
represents the delay between a scan and the subsequent.
The reader is sold with the factory scan delay set to 500ms.
To set a different
HID scan delay
, press t
he down arrow until “
HID scan delay
” is displayed a
nd then the right
arrow to select the current value
Using the “backspace” key, delete the current value
and insert the desired
scan delay in the range 0÷99999. All values are expressed in ms.
Press the ESC key to exit from the configuration interface and to save the new setting.
The display shows the message "Configuration Saved" to inform you that the new settings is active.
Disconnect the USB cable and connect the reader once again.
You can activate only one
scan delay
level at a time.
HID filter time
This option is useful to avoid the retransmission of the same tag for a time equal to the
filter time
. By
default, the
Filter Time
is set to 0 and the tag is transmitted at each reading. For example, if
Filter Time
is
set to 5s and a tag is read, it is transmitted the first time then it will be retransmitted after 5 seconds if
read again.
To set a different filter time,
press the down arrow until “H
ID filter time
” is displayed and then the right
arrow to select the current value. Using the “backspace” key, de
lete the current value and insert the
desired HID filter time in the range 0÷1000000. All values are expressed in ms.
