My bike doesn’t start
Make sure to follow the start-up procedure found at the beginning of the manual.
If the bike still doesn’t start, send an email to our service team describing what
happened and what happened before this issue occurred.
I have forgotten my Pin code and can’t ride my bike.
Get in contact with our service team directly.
I can’t charge my bike.
Follow the charging steps described in the chapter “5.3 Charging”
Make sure that the outlet you are charging from works. After that, check that the
LEDs on the chargers turn on. Also, try to use the battery’s USB connector by
charging your phone to check if the battery works. Send this information to our
service team if nothing above works.
6.5 Tools
To properly maintain and keep your ÖSA in mint condition, we always recommend
you to use quality tools and to handle the bike with care. If you feel unable to do
necessary maintenance, please get in touch with someone who has the proper
experience.
