Safety
If the cartridge is not properly installed, commissioned and maintained
according to the instructions provided in this manual, it may not operate
correctly and may injure the user and/or cause damage to property.
When choosing the installation site, select a safe position to avoid the risk
of tipping over. If the floor is uneven, this may impair perfect stability.
If the cartridge is positioned in the direct vicinity of a pedestrian route, the
client is responsible for ensuring additional fixtures.
The cartridge may only be used if all components of the filling unit have
been installed correctly. Never remove, inhibit or tamper with safety
devices.
For reasons of safety, due to the high compression capacity of air, testing
the cartridge for watertightness using compressed air is not
recommended.
When carrying out the water connections, make sure that the pipework
connecting the device is not subjected to excessive mechanical stress.
Over time this may result in breakage, causing water damage and/or
personal injury.
Any use other than the intended use is prohibited.
CAUTION!
Water coming out of the mixed bed cartridge is not drinking water.
Nitric acid and other highly oxidant agents can cause explosive type
reactions if mixed with the ion exchange resins.
