To install the UPS, use the following steps:
1. Unpack the power supply and cord.
2. Select a location for the UPS. When making this determination, consider the following:
• The UPS is not for outside installation.
• Place the UPS in a safe area, free of excessive dust, and with adequate airflow.
• Refer to the UPS specifications for details on temperature and humidity requirements. Do not operate outside these
specified limits.
3. Follow vendor specific installation instructions for the UPS system ordered.
3.5 Mounting the 2364 ONT
The 2364 ONT electrical panel can be mounted alone or in an external enclosure that provides environmental protection.
The 2364 ONTelectrical panel and outer enclosure be ordered as a complete unit or as separate items.
Mounting the 2364 ONT Without the Outer Enclosure
3.5.1 Mounting the Outer Enclosure
Use the following steps to mount the 2364 ONT outer enclosure. If the electronics panel has been inserted into the outer
enclosure, they must be separated prior to installation of the ONT outer enclosure.
1. Place the ONT horizontally on a flat surface and open the outer door by loosening the security screw with a 5/32 pin in a
hex security screw driver.
Note: The power supply is an indoor unit and
must not be used outdoors
or in an unprotected environ-
ment. Mount it only in a safe area, free from excessive dust and moisture and with adequate airflow.
