Overview and dimensions of the ODC-80
cabinet
The Calix ODC-80 is an environmentally controlled, enclosure for deploying the Calix C7
in outdoor locations. This is a high-capacity cabinet containing 4 Calix C7 shelves and
delivering up to 1920 lines of copper and fiber service.
ODC-80 description
You can configure the Calix ODC-80 for copper service, fiber service, or a combination
of both. You can also migrate from copper to fiber service in the field.
The cabinet contains the following compartments.
•
2 front equipment compartments housing 2 Calix C7 shelves each
(total of 4 shelves)
•
2 rear copper protection compartments
•
1 side fiber splice compartment with AC entry
•
1 side copper splice compartment
•
2 battery compartments housing 2 battery trays each
(total of 4 battery trays)
