Assembling the Cast-In-Place Template
Assemble the Calix cast-in-place template as follows.
To assemble the template
1.
Unpack the template hardware from the shipping kit.
2.
Assemble the long bracket members (Front, Rear) as follows:
a.
Place the two Front brackets end-to-end with the labeled arrows (Front) pointing the
same direction.
b.
Install two screws into the threaded screw holes at the junction point to attach the
two Front brackets together.
c.
Place the two Rear brackets end-to-end with the labeled arrows (Rear) pointing the
same direction.
d.
Install two screws into the threaded screw holes at the junction point to attach the
two Rear brackets together.
3.
Attach the three short bracket members to the Front and Rear brackets as follows:
a.
Place the two Splice brackets between (and perpendicular to) the Front and Rear
brackets, with the entry boxes and labeled arrows (Splice) pointing toward the outside
as shown.
