6.7 Program 8 (One-step-program)
If the display shows program 8, you may set an own program with the „Plus-“, „Minus-“, “Set1-“ and “Set2-
button”.
If you chose the “plus-“ or “minus-button” only, the speed display changes and may be set to the desired
value.
If the “SET1-button” is pushed, you may chose the desired distance by using the “plus-“ or the “minus-
button” in 100m steps.
If the “SET2-button” is pushed, you may chose a desired time in seconds.
After those settings the program starts using the “Start-button”. The treadmill accelerates slowly to the set
velocity. (The treadmill may accelerate a little further than desired, but will work perfectly constant after that).
The pulse observation works in every program.
6.8 Programming the Programs
All 8 programs are programmable freely. A program contains a maximum of 14 steps (see article 6.9)
It is recommended to use the attached template to create a list to identify each program and perform
changes easier.
Chose a program slot and press the “SET 3”-button until the red LED of the desired program slot shines.
(press at least 5 seconds straight).
The “Plus-“ and “Minus-“buttons set the speed.
The “Arrow up” and “Arrow down” buttons set the inclination.
Holding “SET1” sets the distance.
Holding “SET2” sets the time
The “Pulse”-button jumps to the next program slot
Use the “Pulse”-button once again to after the last step and set speed to 0, now the program recognizes that
you finished the program.
The “STOP” button ends the programming.
To open the program use the “SET3”-button until the LED of the desired program shines, then use the
“START”-button. The program will start now.
