4.2 Safe training

Before you start training an authorized person/doctor should check your fitness.

Note: Please regard article 4.5: Contraindication.

Please note that Excessive training may harm your health.

If you feel close to a blackout, interrupt the training immediately and consult/visit a doctor.

Body fitting sportswear is recommended to avoid inappropriate clothes getting entangled. Wear appropriate
running shoes to ensure being sure-footed.

Check if the device is secure footed before you start training. Also check for damaged parts, or any other
kind of manipulation. If you discover any defect or if you are not sure that everything is correct, ask a
supervisor before you start training.

Ensure that no person is close to the devices moving parts to avoid danger for outstanding persons. Children
may not use the device in absence of adults.

The stop-switch is a safety tool and basically active. It breaks the motion if the switch is used.

Note: Always run in the middle of the running surface, adjust your speed to the Treadmill.

If there is a magnetic safety-clip available you have to use it.

The plastic cli

p has to be fastened to one’s clothes properly before starting the device. Else it cannot be

ensured that the magnet removes from the terminal. The cords length must be adjusted correctly to trigger
the emergency switch at a maximum of 70% of the running surfaces length.

The emergency-stop will trigger when removing the magnet from the terminal or pushing the emergency-stop
switch.

Prevent any item or limb getting between the gaps of the slats.

Disabled persons, children or people with heart insufficiencies must not use the treadmill without supervision.
