4. Operating conditions
(Standard execution)
The electrical panel functions correctly under the
following power and installation characteristics:
- Power fluctuation:
+/-15% max
- Frequency fluctuations:
+/- 4 % max
- Maximum operating temperature: 60°C
- Maximum permissible working pressure: 16 bar
- System pressure range: 2 ÷ 12 bar
- Re-start pressure range: 1 ÷ 11 bar
- Minimum delivery: 1 l/min
The current distributed by the frequency
converter must be equal to or lower than the
maximum current absorbed by the motor to
control.
5. Construction
(Standard execution)
The system is composed of:
- Frequency converter (with 1” ¼ connection
fittings).
- Connection fittings (1” ½).
- Multi-hole gaskets.

5.2. Pushbuttons functions
The green led beside the symbol indicates
that the frequency converter is in tension.
The yellow led beside the symbol indicates
that the pump is operating.
The yellow led beside the symbol indicates
that an alarm occurred. On the CURRENT
display it will appear the alarm code.
Through this button it is possible to reset
the system after an alarm and it is possible
to check the motor sense of rotation.
Through this button it is possible to enter or
lock the keyboard of the corresponding
display, the leds beside the button indicate
if the keyboard is locked or not.
Through this button you can increase
parameters or to change the visualized
parameter.
Through this button you can decrease
parameters or to change the visualized
parameter.
5.3. Submersible applications or
long cables
To operate a submerged pump (or surface
pump),where the distance from the inverter is
more than 40 mt and up to 80 mt proceed as
follows. Disconnect power supply from the
frequency converter, remove the screws and the
cover of the frequency converter to access
theswitch "A". Move the cursor to
the "ON" position, refit the
frequency converter cover and
tighten all screws.
