1. Radio with the battery can power on

2. Detect the fault according to the
customer description to confirm if it
can be re-presented.

1. Test the PTT call to confirm the
function is normal.
2. Connect the matching earpiece with
the radio to confirm it can transmit and
receive voice normally and the actual
voice quality is good.
