abnormal

distribution

identified,

in

 

cases

 

of

 

other

 

suspected

 

problems,

an

 

analysis

 

with

 

a

 

scanning

 

electron

 

microscope

 

(SEM)

 

with

 

associated

 

X-ray

 

analysis

 

system

 

(EDAX).

required,

 

the

 

quantity,

 

weight

 

and

 

structure

 

of

 

the

 

particles

 

are

 

analyzed

 

as

 

well

 

as

 

the

 

chemical

 

composition

 

of

 

the

 

air

 

and

 

element
