Remove shipping board and install isolators
BEFORE operation.
Instructions
This unit is shipped from the factory with the dryer bolted rigid to the
mounting rails with boards. Dryer isolation mounts must be installed
AFtER the unit is set up and BEFORE starting the unit. Please note that
the isolation mounts are very soft and can be damaged if mounting
hardware is overtightened. The isolation mounts only need to be snug to
hold the dryer in place.
1. Using a 7/16 inch wrench or socket driver, remove all hardware
holding the boards in place. The four isolation mounts will need to
be mounted where hardware has been removed.
2. The two washers included with each mount need to be above and
below the rubber mount as shown in the illustration.
3. Remove the board by GENtLY lifting the dryer. Insert mounts with
washer into the bottom of the dryer.
4. The mounts will screw into the bottom of the dryer first. They only
need to be snug with the washer against the bottom surface of the
dryer. Gently lower the dryer into place. Repeat step 1 to step 4 on
other side to remove the other board.
5. With all four mounts in place, tightened nut to 10 to 15 in/lbs.
Do not overtighten.
6. The mounts will bulge some when installed (and will bulge a little
more after unit is put into operation). This is normal, and there is
no need for concern.

Cet appareil est expédié de l’usine avec le séchoir boulonne et rigide aux
rails de montage avec les planches. Les montages isolants du séchoir
DOIVENt être installés APRÈs que l’appareil est installé et AVANt de
démarrer l’appareil. Noter que les montages isolants sont très souples et
peuvent être endommagés si la quincaillerie de montage est trop resserrée.
Les montages isolants doivent être ajustés seulement pour garder le
séchoir en place.
1. Utiliser une clé de 7/16 po ou une douille, retirer toute la quincaillerie
retenant les planches en place. Les quatre montages isolants devront
être montés où la quincaillerie est retirée.
2. Les deux rondelles incluses avec chaque montage doivent être
au-dessus et en-dessous du montage de caoutchouc comme dans
l’illustration.
3. Retirer la planche en soulevant DÉLICAtEmENt le séchoir. Insérer les
montages avec la rondelle dans le bas du séchoir.
4. Les montages se visseront dans le bas du séchoir d’abord. Il faut
seulement qu’il soit ajusté avec la rondelle contre la surface du bas du
séchoir. Abaisser lentement le séchoir en place. Répéter les étapes 1 à
4 de l’autre côté pour retirer l’autre planche.
5. Avec les quatre montages en place, resserrer l’écrou de 10 à 15 po/lb.
Ne pas trop resserrer.
6. Les montages ressortiront un peu lorsqu’ils seront installés (et res-
sortiront un peu plus après que l’appareil est en opération). Ceci est
normal, et il n’y a aucune raison de s’inquiéter.
