7.3.7 Events
The Events sub menu (see FIGURE 7-18) provides a list of system events. If
the System Status box is red in the Live Video page, the details are logged in
the Events Log. One of the most common recorded events is the indication
that a memory card is properly present after a power up. The message
confirms that the memory card is functioning and it also indicates the size of
the memory card.
Other types of event messages include:
•
The memory card or the allocated memory is full (when fill and stop
memory management is used)
•
Communication errors that include
o
FTP
o
o
PakBus
•
User logins (if security is enabled)
