CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Fill the water tank to the "max" level (Fig. 3).
2. Disconnect the heater and control panel from the grill body. Never immerse the heater and control panel in water.
1. Before cleaning, make sure the grill has cooled down. Make sure the power plug is unplugged from the outlet.
5. You can adjust the grilling temperature by turning the thermostat knob. Depending on the set temperature, the heater and indicator light
will turn on and off.
4. After about 5-10 minutes, the heater will reach the right temperature to start grilling. Put food on the rack. Turn down the temperature
knob
2. Turn on the electric grill.
3. Turn the thermostat knob to the "max" position. The indicator light will come on to indicate the heater is working.
6. The grill can also keep the previously prepared food warm - set the thermostat knob to the closest to the minimum.
7. During grilling, water from the tank evaporates. Check the water level regularly so that it is not less than the "min" level. Be careful not
to wet the heater when topping up.
8. When you finish grilling, set the thermostat to position "0" and remove the plug from the socket.
4. Start the grill. Do not put anything on the rack. Set the thermostat knob to medium temperature. Leave under supervision for 20
minutes. During this time, smoke and the smell of burning heaters may come out from the grill - ensure good ventilation.
BBQ:
9. Take special care when grilling foods with high humidity or high fat content - they may
ignite.
