Flip the white barrier disk inside the tube so that the two parts mix together. Mark the time. Shake or manually
mix until the mixing is complete.
Note the time, and when approximately 2/3’s of the working time has passed, cut off the heat-sealed end of the
tube with scissors.
Push the cable with foam into the tube opening. The cable should end about 1 inch (2.5cm) from the bottom of
the tube. The foam should keep most of the epoxy in place until hardening. Watch for drips.
Let the tube fully harden. The diameter of the encapsulate tube is about 1.45” (3.7cm). If the tube will not fit
down the well casing as is, then trim off the un-sealed portion until it does.
The downside termination is ready to install into the well casing or trench.
