BATH OPERATION
NOTE
Different thermometers have different installation requirements. Refer to
the information included with the thermometer in use for specific installa-
tion instructions.
Applying power
Caution
Do not power up the CT-2000 without completing the installation require-
ments. Make sure that the mains voltage specified on the rear identifica-
tion label matches your mains voltage.
NOTE
The CT-2000 stores the “last-used” temperature setting in memory, so
that on power-up the bath will attempt to adjust to the last known and
entered temperature.
Cold Start
The Cold Start is the normal start-up mode for the CT-2000. During the
Cold Start process, the CT-2000 will perform several diagnostics (see
Self-Test Sequence
, next page). At the conclusion of a successful test
procedure, the results will be briefly displayed on the LCD screen. The
bath heaters will be activated and the Bath Unit will begin controlling
temperature according to the most recent temperature input. The current
bath temperature and the target bath temperature will be visible on the
liquid crystal display (LCD):
