Remove the covers as shown when
cleaning, inspecting, and repairing the inside of
the machine.
1.
Removing the DADF
1) Turn on off the copier.
2) Disconnect the communication cable of
the DADF from the copier.
3) Open the DADF fully.

4) Go to the rear of the copier, and lift the
DADF upright to remove.

Reference:
The feet of the hinges of the machine are
equipped with a locking mechanism
designed to prevent slippage. When
detaching the machine from the copier,
you must fully open it to disengage its
locks.
