In manual sending, you
entered a speed dialing
number that is assigned
to a group.
The unit is warming up.
The BJ cartridge is not
installed correctly.
The BJ cartridge is not
installed.
The unit received the fax
in memory because
paper or ink ran out, a
paper jam occurred, or
the incorrect BJ cartridge
was installed.
An error has occurred in
the telephone line or in
the system.
You tried sending a color
document to a fax
machine that does not
support color faxing.
You pressed Stop to
cancel the transmission.
When the unit sends or
receives a fax, it assigns
it a unique identification
number (nnnn).
Use regular dialing, or
enter a one-touch speed
dialing button or coded
speed dialing code that
only has one fax/telephone
number registered.
Wait until the date and
receive mode appear in the
LCD, then start your
operation.
Make sure the BJ cartridge
is installed correctly and
that the blue cartridge lock
lever is down. (
