Scan and Store
Storing Scanned Data
This section describes the fl ow of basic scan and store operations. This section describes an example of how to store in Mail box.
Selecting Function
Select [Scan and Store] from the Main Menu screen.
Press [Scan and Store].
Select [Mail Box] from the screen where you can select the type of
storage.
Select Storage
Specify the Mail box that you want to store the fi le in.
Select the User Inbox.
Press [Scan].
The Scan screen is displayed.
If a login service such as Department ID
Management or SSO-H has been set, you must
enter the ID and password. If the card reader
is installed, fi rst insert a control card. For more
information, see p. 7 on this manual.
You may need to enter a password when
specifying the Mail box.
