Select the Colour Mode
Useful Print Functions
To print stored fi les, press [Access Stored Files] on the Main Menu screen.
You can select the Auto (Color/Black)/Black/
Single Color/Two Colors mode and print.
The Auto (Color/Black) mode enables the
machine to automatically select a colour
mode or black-and-white mode according
to the fi le.
Change the Print Settings
You can set various print functions when printing a stored fi le.
As an example, [Mail Box] is selected as the fi le storage location.
The number in the screen indicates the order of the procedure.
