Address Book
Address book enables you to look up the recipient’s name and retrieve the number
registered for one-touch or speed dialing or coded speed dialing. This feature is
convenient when you know the name of the destination(s) but cannot recall the
one-touch speed dialing key or the coded speed dialing code where the number is
registered.
IMPORTANT
To use this feature, you must register destinations for One-Touch/Coded speed dialing.
(See “Storing Destinations,” on p. 2-14.)
NOTE
•
A maximum of 201 destinations can be specified at the same time. If you specify a group,
which is made up of several destinations, each destination in the group is counted as a
separate destination.
•
Sending a document to a number of destinations at the same time is called “Sequential
Broadcast Sending.”
