6.7.1 Main Controller PCB

The DIP switch (SW1002) is designed for adjustments at the factory, and is not normally
used in the field.
<When Replacing the PCB>
a. Transfer the following from the old to new PCB:
•
shorting connector of J1060
•
BOOT ROM of J1010
•
SDRAM
•
counter memory PCB
b. Protect the back-up data as follows:
1) Back up all data using the Service Support Tool.
2) Replace the main controller.
3) While holding down the keys ‘2’ and ‘8’ of the control panel, turn on the main power (to
start download mode). You will not be able to perform the following if you start up in
the usual way, since the Box text file data and control data on the hard disk will be ini-
tialized.
4) Download all data using the Service Support Tool.
