The punch home position sensor (PI3P) is faulty. The punch motor (M1P)
is faulty. The punch driver PCB is faulty.

Detection
0001 The puncher does not leave home position when the punch motor
has been driven for 200 msecs.
0002 The puncher does not return to home position when the punch mo-
tor has been driven for 200 msecs.
