2. In the Select Keywords dialog box, select each Keyword by which
you want to search, and then click Add.

To remove a selected keyword, select it in the assigned list and
click Remove.
l
To remove all selected keywords, click Clear.

To change the list of keywords, click Edit List. For details, see the
“Setting Up Keywords to the Index” section in this chapter.
3. After completing your selections, click OK.
To search documents by text string:
1. In the Search dialog box, in the Text box, type the text by which you
want to search.
2. Select the type of text match you prefer:
l
Any
Look for the specified text in any part of a word
l
Exact
Look for exact text matches only
l
Start of Word
Look for the specified text in the start of a word only.
3. Select where within the document the Desktop Manager should
search for a text match:
l
Text
Search on text within the body of a document
l
Annotation
Search on annotations you may have added to the documents in
the Desktop Manager.
