Changing The Settings
This section describes the procedure to change the settings in the <SYSTEM SETTINGS> menu,
taking the steps to specify <EXTENDED AMOUNT> as an example.

Press [ON/OFF] to turn ON the machine. (See page 14)

Press [Menu] repeatedly until <SYSTEM SETTINGS> appears.

Use [

] to select <PRINT SETTINGS>, then press [OK].

] to select <EXTENDED AMOUNT>, then press [OK].

QUIET MODE
Use this function if you want to reduce the operation noise, such as when printing at night: ON/
OFF
EXTENDED AMOUNT
Selects the amount of image that extends off the paper when printing in borderless: SMALL/
LARGE
Note
Depending on the functions you use, some setting items cannot be
specified in combination.
Important

The printing speed may be reduced compared to when this setting is
set to <OFF>.

This function may not be so effective depending on the Image Quality
setting.
z
Certain noise, such as when the machine is preparing for printing, is
not reduced.
