deformation on the vehicle body
and cover, and no loose or
missing nuts and bolts.
Check the vehicle body and cover for cracking and
deformation. Also check bolts and nuts for looseness
and falling.

Check for curvature or deformities.
No noticeable curvature or
deformities.
The bracket must be
installed properly, and there
must be no loose or missing
nuts and bolts.
Must be within reference
values.
There must be no
abnormal vibration,
abnormal noise, or
abnormal heating.
There must be no excessive
contamination of oil.
There must be no oil
leakage.
Check hose joints and seals for oil
leakage.
Operate the pump to check for
abnormal vibration, abnormal
noise, and abnormal heating in
unloaded and loaded conditions.
With the pump loaded, check for
delivery amount and delivery
pressure under loading.
* If any abnormality is not found in
the inspection of the previous item,
this inspection may be omitted.
Check the bracket for proper
installation, and bolts for loose or
missing nuts.
Check oil for contamination.
There must be no clog.
Check breather for clogging.
