Oil level must be maintained and proper oil must be used, for smooth rotation.
Improper maintenance and oil will cause failures and reduce the service of the
machine. Always use the specified high quality oil and maintain oil at proper levels.

7.4 Adding Oil
7.4.1 Engine Oil
Inspection/Adding
3. Replace the oil drain plug.
4. Open the oil filler cap, and pour in the specified oil.
(See item "Inspection/Adding" above.)
1. Remove the oil filler plug .
2. Visually check the engine oil level and the condition
of dirt in the oil. Add or remove oil until oil level is
between [F] and [L] lines on the dipstick. If the oil is
extremely dirty, change the oil.
Oil to use: See page 24.
Oil amount:
Between "F" and "L" on the dipstick.
3. Replace the fluid filler plug.
Dispose of the drained oil properly.
NOTICE
Changing
1. Prepare a suitable container to catch the drained oil.
2. Remove the oil drain plug to drain the oil from
the crankcase.
Avoid contact with high temperature oil to avoid burns.
