Guarantee certificate
Thank you very much for purchasing our company's product this time.
We guarantee the product you have purchased as shown below.
1. Period of guarantee: Shall be one year counting from the
date of delivery.
2. Details of guarantee: Only if a defect in design and
manufacturing is found in the parts, materials, etc. which
constitute this machine during the period of guarantee and
our company acknowledges this defect, we will replace or
repair the part in question, free of charge,at our company's
authorized dealer, agricultural cooperative association, or its
designated service factory.
3. Exclusion of application: Even during the period of guarantee,
we will not provide guarantee in the following cases.
(1) A case where a failure results from carelessness in use
and handling, negligence, or imperfection checking
(2) A case where a failure results from the use in which the
limit of the specifications specified by our company is
exceeded
(3) A case where a modification or alteration which is not
approved by our company causes a failure
(4) A case where a failure results from the use of parts other
than our company's genuine parts
(5) A case where a failure results from repair which is done
somewhere other than our company's authorized dealer,
agricultural cooperative association, or its designated
service factory
(6) A case where failure determination materials are
insufficient and the damaged part is lost.
(7) Consumable parts
(8) When the guarantee certificate is not presented, you may
have to pay the cost.
(9) Even if the guarantee certificate is lost, we will not reissue
it.
