To ensure that other pilots using the aerodrome are aware of the intention to stream,
an all-stations broadcast may be made as follows:

On landing, it is important that, where possible, the pilot is kept informed if the chute
does not deploy in the correct manner. The following phraseology may be used
according to the situation:
NOTE:
Pilots must be aware the ATS will not always be able to advise the
malfunction of a chute and that the pilot remains responsible for the safety
of the aircraft.

Unless otherwise instructed, or where there is a designated area for jettisoning the
chute, the pilot should jettison the chute at a suitable location, taking account of the
wind speed and direction, preferably when the aircraft has vacated the runway. The
term ‘drop’ or ‘dropping’ should be used in communications relating to jettisoning the
chute as shown in the examples below:

Mareva Injunctions
1.10.1
A Mareva injunction (variously known as a freezing order, Mareva order or Mareva
regime) is a court order, which prevents a defendant from removing assets from the
UK and thus the jurisdiction of the court.
1.10.2
Where an aircraft subject to a Mareva injunction is being provided with an air traffic
service, controllers/FISOs should inform the pilot that the aircraft is prohibited from
leaving the UK, and request the pilot's intentions. The transmission is to be made
irrespective of whether the aircraft is conducting an internal UK or an international
flight.
