Fast running
Hold the handles firmly with both hands. Climb on the appliance and check
that you are standing securely. Start at walking pace at first and then speed up
as if you were walking on a treadmill. Keep the pace for 20-30 minutes.
Double leg circling forward
Hold the handles firmly with both hands. Climb on the appliance and check
that you are standing securely. Now slowly move both legs forward and
outwards. Keep your legs stretched while moving them backwards and
inwards before returning to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 10
times.
