27. EASY TROUBLESHOOTING
If the screen goes down or the power goes down greatly, check the screen according to the
following instructions: Also, check connected equipment to identify the source of the problem.
If the screen still does not work as expected, contact Customer Support.
No electricity

Check the connections on the TV and on the external devices.

Check if the toggle switch is set to On.
No picture or no sound

Make sure the TV is plugged in and turned on.

Check if the antenna is connected correctly.

Switch to another program.
Bad picture quality

Check if the antenna cable is connected correctly.

Make sure that the channel is tuned correctly.

Change the picture settings: Brightness, Colour, Sharpness, Contrast, Hue.

Make sure the TV is away from other electrical appliances that may cause radio frequency
interference.
No colour

Adjust the colour settings.

The TV does not respond to the remote control

Make sure that the batteries in the remote control are not empty.
