1.  To operate the brakes squeeze the lever up 

to engage the brake.

2.  To lock the brakes, push down on the brake 

lever until it locks in place.

3.  To unlock the brakes, pull up on the brake 

lever until the lock is removed.

•  Ensure the brakes are tested prior to use.

•  Do not use on gradients greater than 7 

degrees.

•  Ensure the brakes are locked when using 

the seat.

•  When sitting, ensure the user is sat in the 

centre of the seat.
